I bought the 8" wires but found I needed a bit more length for some spots on my fence. The 12" wire mostly did the trick. I was able to call combine 2 wires to get around some of my bigger posts. Love these things!

Its nice to have length of tie wire handy so you are not fumbling with a reel or greasy, rusty roll of wire while you need two hands on the work. I used it for tying fence to stakes. Just stuff a handful in your tool belt and you are off to the races. The ends are tied so they are easy to handle and you don't poke yourself so thats a nice touch as well. Rust resistant. USA MADE.
