I used these hoses throughout my garden. They kinked and then ripped where the kink had occured. They sprang leaks in every hose. When I repaired the leak with a clamp, they leaked somewhere else. The water pressure was not excessive. They were very unsatisfactory, because when the water is pouring out of a hole somewhere, the rest of the hose does not have enough water pressure available to water the rest of the length of the hose.

I have had extreme blow outs on two of the weeper hoses. Then when I went to repair them, they kept tearing. The material is not very sturdy. I don't know of an alternative, but these hoses should last more than a season. The first blow out happened withing a month of laying it out. What do you do then? Because you have all the seedlings growing around them, how do you take it up without ruining the other seedlings. It is a catch 22.
