Custom Polyethylene Plastic DOT Placard with UN#

You may customize your placards with a UN number upon ordering. When you choose “Add to Cart” you will be prompted to specify your hazard classification symbol, 4-digit UN number and hazard class. Polyethylene plastic has good impact resistance with non-glare finish. The thick .055” material has slight flexibility and does not tear. Corrosion and water resistant and withstands dirt and grease on the surface. Placards measure 10-3/4"x10-3/4". Required number height is 3-1/2" high. USA made.

Note: If the placard is to be used on public roadways and railways, it must contain the proper combination of hazard classification, identification numbers and hazard class as specified by the DOT.
