I use a rake mostly for leaves in the fall. I've long used flat-tined rakes to limit leaves stuck in the tines, but such rakes take much effort in thick grass. This rake works very well in that the round wire tines pull easily thru thick grass. But leaves readily get caught on the tines. The wide spaced tines don't work as cleanly in thin grass. It's a little heavy, but it is very sturdy. It easily handles pushing big piles of leaves around. The tines are a thicker diameter steel than other rakes.

So far this appears to be a good product. The tines are a little thinner than I expected, but we haven't bent one yet, and we use our tools pretty hard. The price was great, I've paid more for rakes from the local hardware store that were not as well made. I hope to get many seasons from this rake, but I imagine it will be "borrowed" and not returned before I can break it.
I plan to order another one soon for my wife's birthday present.
I'm pleased to see that it's American made, too.

we use this rake for evrything, its one of the only ones that can handle snow covered leaves and stay in tact

These are the greatest rakes ever. We have one that is at least 5 seasons old and still counting. If you make your living in landscaping or are just tired of the other expensive junk out there, GET THIS RAKE. You will not be dissappointed! It is tough enough that you can flip it over and use like a pitchfork. To add to that it is Made HERE in America! Thanks for carrying great products that don't let me down!
