I bought three pair, two for employees, they refused to wear after a time saying they were too hot! Mine did not fit well and wore out quickly. Soles offer no traction on metal or finished concrete surfaces. Very disappointed!

I have owned several pairs of these over the years. They are fantastic provided you don't receive a defective pair. Beware I received 3 different pairs of these boots that lasted about two weeks of hard labor before the sole began separating from the rest of the boot. Should they make it beyond two weeks, they are very comfortable and perfect for working in muddy, wet conditions or jumping on a shovel all day.

After the boots were broken in (a week or so) they were very comfortable. I wore them landscaping for one season. In that time I had the soles profesionaly fixed, the upper leather reattached to the toe area of the sole & a new pair of laces. I ended up using some "shoe goo" to patch some chunks of sole that came appart from shoveling & now only wear them when I know that they will not be in a wet area.

i'm on my knee's alot weeding and the boots came apart neer the toe. i only had used them for 3 or 4 mounths. i do drag my toes alot crawling around the ground. they were good while they lasted.
