i had the old oil slicker version of the hat and loved it.wore it every day in all weather. i was told i couldnt get the same hat but there is a new cotton version that breathed better,bull. i dont care about that ijust would like the same hat i fell in love with, it held its shape and took a beating.would love to know how to clean it though.if my hat doesnt look good and hold its shape its not worth having.

I live in my hat. Its the most versatile hat I've owned. Its good looking enough to wear to a public event and practical enough to wear all day, every day in my daily life. The cord is a plus and when you run out of hands, it can be squished into a roll and put in a pocket/bag. No problem. If it gets a bit grubby, a damp cloth is all it takes to get back to business!
