Product was about what I expected in terms of quality for the cost and manufacture location (i.e. made in China). Assembly was easy but the fit was poor. Ordered four of same and all four fit slightly different. Assembly hardware (nuts and bolts) were all there for the most part. Some of the hardware was assemblied to tubing but some had come loose and was in the plastic bags or box.

Two major negatives: 1) leaks at the joints even when reassembled and washers added; 2) metal on the reel, primarily connection from the hose to the reel in the back, etc.) rusted within the first few months even though sprayed with rust reducing agent. Water wheel is kept outside even, at times, under the patio. Too masny issues with water leakage and rust to recommend.

was not sure if it was going to work ,but the quality was better then I expected,have 100ft of3/4 hd hose on it and it works great

The box arrived damaged with a large hole in the side. When I started to assemble the cart it became clear that I was missing parts and the instructions were not written well. You will need to do a fair amount of figuring on your own as to how it goes together. Had it not been for missing hardware I think the assembly would have been less painful. I needed to go thru my own screws and bolts to match up what I needed to finish.

Use it to store hose and move hose around large yard. Simplifies task of coiling and storing garden hose.
