Base is 12-1/2" square and made of heavy-duty polypropylene. Set the internal cone light to flash or steady, for 100,000 flashes or 36 hours of steady burn. Replaceable lithium battery included. Comes as a pack of four in a 10"Hx12-1/2"Dx12-1/2"W carrying bag. Pack weighs 16 lbs.
