This unit is ideal for areas without an available fence or post to mount a rain gauge. It includes a 5-1/2" mounting stake that easily secures the unit in the ground. As rainwater collects in the tube, readings are magnified so they can be easily read from a distance. The gauge measures up to 6" of rainfall in 1/16" graduations. Measurements are built in to three sides of the collection tube so it can be read from any direction. Tube height is 11". Height is 16" with the mounting stake attached. Imported.
