Tough, dependable ripstop pants designed for working outdoors

  • 10-oz. 100% military-style ripstop cotton fabric
  • Reinforced knees and roomy bellowed-style cargo pockets
  • room2move ™ relaxed fit gives you more room
  • Riggs ripstop pants have 18" leg openings to fit over work boots

When Riggs Workwear ® asked a focus group "How do we make a stronger work pant?", the answer they heard was "Why don't you make a pant from military fabric?" As a result, Riggs constructed a lightweight, military-style ripstop work pant that will perform in tough jobs like professional landscaping and grounds maintenance. The ripstop cotton fabric will stand up to the most grueling work conditions and it won't weigh you down. Reinforced knees with bottom vent and roomy bellowed-style cargo pockets are benefits you will appreciate. The room2move ™ relaxed fit provides a better fit throughout the seat, thighs and knees. Gusseted crotch, right-side hammer loop, Cordura ®-lined back pockets and 18" wide leg opening are standard features. The wider front pocket entry allows you access to your change or keys even while wearing gloves. Leather reinforced right pocket is ideal for your tape measure or cell phone. Imported. Riggs 3W060.     This is the only brand heavy work pant I've found that has good regular pockets plus cargo pockets both sides. Add the gusseted crotch and comfortable fit, and it's a one-of-a-kind product. It also has tool pockets and loops. I've looked far and wide for this combination. So far Riggs is the only one I've found. The tough fabric is comfortable, wears well, and comes out of the wash in good shape. No cons to offer. Suggestion to Riggs: offer this pant in nylon fabric and you'll fill another big need with outdoor people who need something other than cotton for outdoor activities around water or in the rain, like the Northwest.

                I like ALL the pockets. I have to carry eye glasses and cell phone and a wallet plus. I think the leather patch on the pocket looks good and is practicall if youcarry a tape. The double cloth on the legs as well as the type of materal will make these pants last.I have a pair for work and hanging out.
