I have had this sprinkler from Gempler's for over a year and find it to be a very good piece of equipment. I am a prosumer and only buy high quality items. This fits the bill. The adjustments are precise, it has withstood lots of use, and it is very well built. I would recommend.

Purchased two. First unit died after two months and the second lasted nearly twice as long. Both units averaged 2-3 hours per day usage apiece. Both units suffered structural failure in the pot metal heads. Replaced both with Rainbird solid brass heads and they have performed flawlessly since. Gemplers would be doing us all a favor by offering the Gilmour base as a stand alone item. It is a great sled base[...]
