This convenient holder is equipped with a small catch tray that solves the issue of hazardous grease gun drips on the shop floor and around your workbench. Holder is constructed of a tough ABS plastic and can be mounted on any wall, toolbox or workbench (hardware included). Built-in whip holder keeps hose secured. Measures 16-3/8"Lx3-3/4"Wx3-3/4"D. I have one of these mounted and a T-type grease gun with flex hose that folds back and can be secured by the provided clip. The other is a T-type with a ridgid pipe and the pipe just sticks out, although this storage unit will catch any drips from the loading plunger which is the most common source. The drip tray is 5 sided so any thing that drips in will stay put. If you have a real drippy gun it may get to be a pain cleaning the tray, to remove the tray you must unmount the holder.

I will use it to hold the gun in the shop instead, for which it will be fine

I don't know why this was not out long ago. I forever had oil dripping on the floor under my grease gun as it hung from a nail. Now it keeps the floor clean and the gun too.

The neck that supports the grease gun weakens after a while and does not support it. Had to use a zip tie to tighten it up to make it work.
