A good idea which needs refining

Comments about 12 MONTH SHIPPING SAVER:

I really like the idea, but obviously have a hard time not comparing it to [...], the pioneer of free 2-day shipping after paying a yearly flat fee.My two biggest gripes:1. Gempler's sends me promotions for free shipping all the time, so I know that everyone else is getting what I paid for. When these promotions happen, I'd like to get something additional for my $$(Free OVERNIGHT shipping, a great tool, etc.?)2. I'm not real clear when or if it ran out, but I've got an order sitting in my cart that shows shipping charges. It would be great to have some notice that the year is almost up, I'd either place an order before it ran out or consider re-upping for another year.Either way- good idea and I hope it gets even better.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
