Three-point locking system with a built-in lock and welded steel recessed handle. Includes rubber mat to protect top of cabinet and prevent tools from rolling off. Includes one fixed, welded-in shelf. Measures 30"H x 28"W x 22"D. 22-gauge steel unit supports 250 lbs. Weighs 120 lbs.
