This product cut the temp in our greenhouse from 140+ in the summer afternoon sun to under 95!! We have been VERY impressed and thrilled with the sunlight still coming in for plants and lighting purposes but with the durability and the ease of use to keep it cooler and "bearable" temperatures. Best price we could find on the web; and although it was over 50lbs (and a bit heavy for some) it easily was installed and sure better withstand our crazy winds!

    Seamingly Dissatisfied in Ca.

This product was seamed down the center and not particularly attractive as a finished product. I used it for a patio cover shade/sail and didn't expect to get an unsightly seam.

Comments about Shade Cloth 80% Shade:

Used this product on top of the 70% shade cloth we already had to get the perfect amount of shade. It alows enough light through to keep my succulents happy while blocking enough sun to keep my houseplants thriving, not to mention they get watered for free by the rain and we can actually set out on our deck in the heat of the summer and it's a good 10 -15 degrees cooler. Survived golf ball sized hail and although it did get stretched a little the next day when the sun came out and it warmed up it returned to it's original shape. Awesome, absolutely love it, it's a great buy and we are totally pleased with it. Would definitly recommend it.

Comments about Shade Cloth 80% Shade:

I use this shade cloth on a 36' x 120' wood frame shade house. It has held up for one summer in FL so far. It looks like it will hold up for a few years (which is great for Florida).

Comments about Shade Cloth 80% Shade:

I use my 80% shade cloth in the summer to shade my deck... I've put it up every year for 5 or 6 years and its still going strong.... I like that I can still see the trees through it, yet it shades so well... In the winter I take it down so I can sit in the warm sun... I use rope around the edge of it, and also a big X out of rope, from corner to corner to hold the middle up.... I've had SO many compliments on it....
