I had a white one for 10+ years. Great in the heat down here in Texas. The louvered side vents catch and funnel the air over your head. Coolest hat I've owned and I even re-painted it twice with Krylon Fusion paint. I plan on buying this beige one as soon as my current one wears out. I've been searching for a replacement, and Gempler's is the only place I've found it. The only issue is the adjustable plastic band has no sweat band, but I use it with a wet handkerchief between it and my head anyway to keep me even cooler.
