Good idea but not worth it

Comments about Goldenrod Hired Hand Staple Driver:

Worked great for the first 10 staples. Then each staple hammered in, the unit would open up and all the staples would fall out. The unit slides back and jams a staple in the opening and the rest of the staples fall out.

Comments about Goldenrod Hired Hand Staple Driver:

I drove about 10 staples when I starteed having problems.
You have to hit back the striker after every staple drive. The staples continued to get jammed.
the cover is suposed to "lock in place" and doesn't.
It was much faster to staple one at a time by hand. Don't waste your money on this tool.

Comments about Goldenrod Hired Hand Staple Driver:

this stapler looked impressive when i opened it. and that is the best thing about it. i drove probably 20 staples and that was the end of this piece of junk. the good thing is i am a machinest and welder and i can take junk and make it work and better than it was orig. made. i know there is no one that has ever used this and i know i didnt just get a lemon. people of industries if u make a product please try it out in the real world before u sell it. the staple strips that are suppose to go with this (that cost double of regular staples) was staples lined up and a small piece of what seems to be maskin tape on each side that does not hold at least the co. refunded my money for the staples. and the stapler i will make work
