Check sugar content of ripening fruit with Brix refractometer
Measure from 0.0º to 32.0º with Brix refractometer. This Brix refractometer is easy to use, simply place one to two drops of juice on the prism surface, close the cover and read the shaded area in the scale visible through the eyepiece. The reading is percent of sucrose in the sample, or Brix. The Brix refractometer comes with a padded case and instructions. Imported.
Manual temperature compensation (±0.2º accuracy). Recalibrate or use conversion chart if measuring at other than 68°F.
