Davis Instruments improved their most popular weather station. The new Vantage Pro2™ now uses multiple frequency hopping to reduce potential interference. Cabled version comes with the digital LCD readout console and integrated sensor suite software package. The integrated suite software includes a rain collector, temperature and humidity sensors, anemometer with 40' of cable and mounting hardware all in one package. Rain collector has a self-emptying tipping bucket for exceptional accuracy and is aluminum-plated for corrosion resistance. Temperature and humidity sensors are mounted inside a radiation shield to protect from solar radiation and reflected radiation. Anemometer includes both wind speed and wind direction sensors that can stand up to hurricane force winds. A 100' foot cable connects the sensor suite to the console.
