Product Information

Portable eyewash station requires only 7 gallons of solution

Convenient to transport to all your job locations

  • Uses less space while delivering ANSI required 15 minute flush
  • Clear tank allows easy fill level check
  • Three mounting options are wall, bench top or transportable waste cart
  • Allows for a fluid start/stop flow with no expensive cartridges to replace

This portable eyewash station needs only 7 gallons of solution to meet ANSI's 15 minute (.42 gpm) flush requirement, compared to traditional eyewash stations that need at least 14 gallons. Lightweight design and built-in, side carrying handles make it easy to transport to all your job locations. The two-component base-and-tank design features a transparent polycarbonate tank to let you see when it is time to clean or fill the tank. Assembly is fast and easy. Simply fill the tank, seal tank opening with liner/cap, place it on the pedestal (liner is punctured and releases solution into reservoir), close the eyewash tray and secure the clamps. Dimensions: 24" x 22" x 18". Eyewash station includes tank, pedestal, metal hanging bracket, three liners, eyewash sign and inspection tag. Meets ANSI Z358.1-2004 requirements. Refill kit available (Item No. HS8, sold separately). USA made.

Comments about Portable Eyewash Station:

We use a few different types of portable eyewash stations and this model is one of the best I've seen. We're slowly replacing the other types with this one. It's a little tricky to change out the water on them without leaking everywhere. I strongly suggest turning it upside down when removing the tank to minimze spillage. We really have no complaints except that the picture GEMPLER'S uses for it shows a bottle of solution with it. Ours came with no bottle. Kind of mis-leading so we gave it 4 out of 5 stars.
