This portable eyewash station needs only 7 gallons of solution to meet ANSI's 15 minute (.42 gpm) flush requirement, compared to traditional eyewash stations that need at least 14 gallons. Lightweight design and built-in, side carrying handles make it easy to transport to all your job locations. The two-component base-and-tank design features a transparent polycarbonate tank to let you see when it is time to clean or fill the tank. Assembly is fast and easy. Simply fill the tank, seal tank opening with liner/cap, place it on the pedestal (liner is punctured and releases solution into reservoir), close the eyewash tray and secure the clamps. Dimensions: 24"x22"x18". Eyewash station includes tank, pedestal, metal hanging bracket, three liners, eyewash sign, inspection tag and eyewash preservative. Meets ANSI Z358.1-2004 requirements.
