This repellent contains Bitrex, the most bitter substance known to man. It also has a detection agent that deer will learn to avoid. Product comes pre-mixed and ready to use. The latex-based formulation sprays on milky and then dries clear. This sheen resists wash off from rain and snow. Apply in the spring before damage occurs and again in the fall. Tree Guard is safe for deer, other animals, plants, people and the environment. Quart-size spray bottle.
