Leightning ® L3 earmuffs provide the highest hearing protection available with a Noise Reduction Rating of 30 dB. The wide, extra-long, softly padded headband is more comfortable than others and has a wire up/down slide adjustment to fit many head sizes. Its soft, slow-recovery ear cushions provide a more form-fitting seal and long wearing comfort. Pivoting head cups for easy on/off. Vinyl covering ear cushions are soil resistant. Lightweight at 10 oz. Imported.

          These are good ear protection, but aren't full ear coverage(for some) and constantly apply pressure to your ears against your head. After a good bit of time they start to hurt and you need a break from wearing them.
