This easy-to-use form pad is designed to cut back on handwriting, while complying with all EPA and USDA record keeping requirements. Each carbonless form has: a white, "field copy" for the applicator; a yellow, "permanent spray record" copy; and a pink, "WPS central posting" copy. Only the exact information required by WPS passes through to the pink page. Heavy-duty pad has 50 forms and a built-in separator page to prevent handwritten information from transferring to other pages. 8-1/2"x11" pad is 3-hole punched for binder storage; we suggest our yellow binder (Item GR20).
