How to Order


Internet Orders
Our entire product selection is available for sale on this website. Use the search box (upper right) or product categories (upper left) to find what you need. If you are ordering from a catalog, you can use the Catalog Quick Order form. If you need assistance placing an internet order, please email us or call Customer Service at 1-800-382-8473.

Phone Orders
To place a phone order call 1-800-382-8473. If you have questions about any of our products, call our Technical Product Support Dept. at 1-800-874-4755.

Mail Orders
Please use the order form in your catalog or download an order form that you can print.

Fax Orders
For 24-hour convenience, fax your order toll free to 1-800-551-1128 using the order form in your catalog, or download an order form that you can print and fax, or fax us your purchase order form.

Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders from accredited universities, governments, businesses and non-profit organizations. You may fax your order to 1-800-551-1128 or email it to customerservice@gemplers.com. PO's can also be mailed to PO Box 5175, Janesville, WI 53547.

Special Orders
Our vendors carry thousands of items we don't carry in our catalog or web site. Our Technical Product Support Department will try to locate the item you just can't find. Contact our Technical Product Support Department at 1-800-874-4755 or fill out our online Special Order form for all your special order needs.

Ordering Terms


Local Safety Standards & Regulations
Products sold by GEMPLER'S are designed to meet stated U.S. safety standards and regulations. Because local safety standards and regulations vary significantly, GEMPLER'S cannot guarantee that our products meet all applicable requirements in each locality. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for compliance with safety standards and regulations in those localities in which the products will be shipped, sold and used.

Claims
We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. If a truck shipment is damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt. Then call us at 1-800-332-6744.

Shipping Hazardous Products
Products requiring special handling per D.O.T. regulations will require additional shipping charges. For specific details call 1-800-332-6744.

Payment Methods


Credit Cards
We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover® and GSA SmartPay®, for fax, phone, mail, and Internet orders.

Check or Money Order
Payment may be made with check or money order when ordering by mail. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars. Please do not send cash through the mail.

Open Account
Open account terms are net 30 days. Payment may be made on open account when placing fax, phone, mail, and Internet orders.

All prices published on our website are in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. dollars.

NOTE: In the rare event of a pricing error, GEMPLER'S® reserves the right to charge the correct price. We also reserve the right to change prices without notice should market commodity conditions unforeseeably change.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll give you your choice of a full credit, equal exchange or your money back. Simply follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip you received with your order, or call our Customer Service Department toll free 1-800-332-6744 (outside USA, call 1-608-662-3301). You can also use our easy online return form. Returns will usually be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds are the original form of payment. Please pack your shipment securely. For your protection, you should insure the shipment for its value.
