Simply call Customer Service to obain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number*, then fill out the form on the back of the packing slip you received with your order and return it with your merchandise. You can also use our easy online return form. Returns will usually be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds are the original form of payment. Please pack your shipment securely. For your protection, you should insure the shipment for its value.
