2. How do I join the program?
The first step is to review our Affiliate Agreement. After you have reviewed our Affiliate Agreement, you need to apply by filling out our simple on-line application. You will be asked to provide the following information: 

• Your site's name

• Your site's URL

• Your name

• Your telephone and fax numbers

• Your e-mail address

• Your mailing address

Once we have determined that we're a good match, we'll e-mail you instructions so you can start linking with the Linkshare system. We produce all the logos, banners and text links you will need to get your GEMPLER'S Affiliates Program started!

3. Can anyone join the program?
Anyone can apply to participate in the Gemplers.com Affiliate Program, however, we review each site for appropriateness of content. We may reject an applicant if we determine that their site is unsuited to our Program. Unsuitable sites include, but are not limited to, sites that promote sexually explicit materials, violence, illegal activities or discrimination.

4. How do I create links to Gemplers.com?
You can set up as many links to Gemplers.com as you like. You can chose between text links and graphical links. You can choose from dozens of links once you have signed up to join the Gemplers.com Affiliate Program.

5. How do I earn revenue?
We will pay you a percentage of all the sales that you help complete from links you create to Gemplers.com. Your visitors are tracked from the link on your site to the point of purchase at Gemplers.com, so we know they were referred by you. We'll calculate your commissions and you'll receive a check from Linkshare every month.

8. How are orders tracked and credited to my site?
The LinkShare Network is responsible for tracking and calculating the commissions that are owed to you. The LinkShare Network will track all users who leave your site to visit Gemplers.com. LinkShare tracks each user from the moment they click on a Gemplers.com link on your site to the final completion of the sale. Gemplers.com will take the customer order, complete the sale, supply the product, handle the customer service, and bill the customer. This information is then made available to you through daily online reporting.

9. What is your privacy policy?
At Gemplers.com and Linkshare Corporation, your privacy is important. Gemplers.com uses Linkshare to track and compensate affiliates for referring sales. LinkShare does not record or know the name, phone number, or home address of any customer who visits Gemplers.com from your site.
